Regional Consultants Pty Ltd (RC) was established in 1972 to undertake consulting work in regional Australia, particularly in New South Wales and Victoria.
Regional Consultants have four main operating divisions:
- Land Subdivision
Having undertaken numerous successful large rural lot subdivisions and undertaken specific lot owner and community title projects. Regional Consultants have been responsible for approximately 2,500 residential blocks since its inception.
- Project Management
Acting as a project manager for commercial, residential and industrial projects. To date for projects valued in excess of $85 million.
- Grant & Incentive Programmes
Assisting Business to gain access to the financial incentive offered by all levels of government and in many instances, industry bodies, through identification and application assistance.
Programmes including: Government Grants and financial assistance for planning, export, small business, innovation and environmental services.
- Business Management
Regional Consultants business management division provides:

- Business advice
- Business plans
- Restructuring of business
- Financial assessments and applications for finance
